I was browsing through my pictures and came accross these! Sooo Funny! A year or so ago we were in Park City and my sister-in-law Jenny, was teaching us how to do an exercise drill that her father taught her. Anyway... this is Dan's version! He took it very seriously and he has followed it everyday as you can tell by his "physique" NOT! :-)
