This year for Valentines, I gave Dan a sushi class at Gygi's. I've taken this same class last year and had a blast. We had an awesome time plus we ate and ate and then we ate some more sushi! So, you'll be the judge, based on the pictures below did we learn anything?!?

My roll, not too different from Dan's, not too mention the size, if we are suppose to eat sushi in one bite, we would offend a lot of Japanese with this one!
Getting better:
Chef Jonas, he was so much fun! He made the BEST appetizer I have EVER had with those tempura shiso leaves, spicy tuna, eel sauce and chives. Simply The BEST!
